5th Annual Father's Day Golf Tournament

Join us at the Legacy Golf Club for the 5th Annual Father's Day Golf Tournament hosted by Tap That Ash cigar club. The format will be a Two-Person Scramble with handicapped skins. Please select "Skins" package during registration to participate in the team skins game. It will be a limited field and first come first serve! Tee Times will start at 5:45am. Please submit a request for a tee time with your registration. The teams will be assigned their tee times after registration submission. There will be no shotgun start or congregation afterwards to support social distancing. Click "Register Now" for more info .

FORMAT: 

2-person Scramble – 18 holes 

1.) Both team members tee off on each hole and then decide which tee shot they like the best and mark the spot with a tee or ball marker. 

2.) The other team member will pick up their ball and place it within one club length (no closer to the hole) of the marked spot. 

3.) Each team member hits their next shot from the chosen spot of the prior shot. 

4.) If the ball you choose to play is in a hazard (sand, water, etc.), the rough, or out of bounds, you cannot drop the ball outside of the hazard or rough even if relief is within one club length away. 

5.) This procedure is followed on every shot for the remainder of the hole, including putts. The ball should be marked on the putting green also. 

6.) Putts need to be made within 3 inches of the marked spot (no closer to the hole). The first ball to go in the hole is counted for the team score. When putting, once any ball is holed out, no further strokes count.

HANDICAP/SKINS GAME:

The Two Person Scramble format is TEAM NET SCORE. Team handicap is calculated by adding together 35% of the “A” player’s and 15% of the “B” player’s handicaps. The “A” player is defined as the player with the lowest handicap and the “B” player has the higher handicap. The winning skins will be dertermined by TEAM NET SCORE. The team with the lowest NET score out of all participating teams will recive a skin. At the end of competition, the pot is divided up by the number of skins and money is divided out accordingly.
