Martin Luther King Jr. 2-Person Scramble

Tap That Ash presents its Annual Martin Luther King Jr. 2-Person Scramble. Bring your own partner or get paired randomly. The field is limited to the first 40 registered golfers. Shotgun start 8:00AM. Prizes will be given to 1st & 2nd Place winners, closest to the pin, longest drive & more. Each team will receive a team handicap. The team handicap is calculated by adding together 35% of the “A” player’s and 15% of the “B” player’s handicaps. The “A” player is defined as the player with the lowest handicap and the “B” player has the higher handicap. Please make sure you submit your handicap and your playing partner handicap when registering. 

2-Person Scramble Format Explained 

You and your partner tee off, the best tee shot of the 2 is selected and both play their second shots from that spot. The best second shot is determined, and then both will play your third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed. This procedure continues until the ball is holed out and for all 18 holes (Note: All balls are lift clean and place). At the end of each hole, one member records the Gross score. There is only ONE Gross score per hole.
